We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use this app.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Game progress data: levels completed, high scores, daily streak. Stored locally on your device (UserDefaults / local storage). Not transmitted to our servers.
• Crash reports: optional anonymous stack traces when the app crashes, collected via Apple's standard tooling (no third-party SDKs).

• To operate and maintain the app.
• To fix bugs and improve stability.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): app operation, fraud prevention.
• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing necessary to deliver the app and IAP.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): ATT-gated ad tracking where required.

4. Data Retention

• Local game progress is retained until you uninstall the app.
• Crash reports are retained for 90 days.

5. Children's Privacy

Rated Everyone / 4+. No personal information is knowingly collected from children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR).

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent. Email hello@kientaoso.com.

7. International Transfers

Data stays on device. Where crash reports are collected, they may be processed in the United States or the European Union under Apple's data processing terms.

8. Security

Apple platform security (Secure Enclave, App Transport Security) protects data at rest and in transit. No method is 100% secure.

We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy and updating the "Last updated" date.
