1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use this app.

1.1 Information you provide directly

None. No login, no profile, no contact data.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Game progress data: levels completed, high scores, daily streak, in-game inventory. Stored locally on your device (local storage / localStorage / PlayerPrefs). Not transmitted to any server.
• Crash reports: optional anonymous stack traces when the app crashes, used only to fix bugs. Collected by our analytics provider when the player consents.

1.3 Information collected by third parties

None. This app does not integrate analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking services in the current version. Any future addition will be disclosed in this policy and, where required, gated behind your consent.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate and maintain the app on your device.
• To fix bugs and improve stability (only when crash reports are collected with consent).

We do not build advertising profiles. We do not share data with advertising networks.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland:

• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): app operation, fraud prevention.
• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing necessary to deliver the app.

4. Data Retention

• Local game progress is retained until you uninstall the app.
• Crash reports (when collected) are retained for 90 days, then deleted.

The app is rated Everyone / 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR). If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Your Rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out).

7. International Transfers

We do not transfer your data outside your device. Where crash reports are collected with consent, they may be processed in the United States or the European Union. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for lawful transfers out of the EEA/UK.

We use industry-standard measures (TLS in transit where applicable, encrypted storage at rest on the device). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
