Hypermon (kts.laboon.hypermon) is a Web3 monster-collection game published on Android by KTS Laboon. Players collect, breed, and battle Hypermon NFTs. Each monster is an on-chain asset; breeding produces new NFT combinations. Players can list monsters on a peer-to-peer marketplace.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide directly

We do not require email, name, or other personal information. You play by connecting a self-custodial crypto wallet — we never see your seed phrase or private keys.

1.2 Information collected automatically

• Game progress data: levels completed, inventory, in-game token balances, leaderboard scores. Stored locally on your device (and reflected on-chain where applicable).
• Wallet address: the public address of the wallet you connect. Visible to Hypermon only when you sign in; we use it to read your on-chain inventory and to attribute gameplay to your account.
• On-chain activity: transactions you submit through the Game (signatures, gas spent, transaction hash). These are PUBLIC on the blockchain and not stored on our servers.
• Device identifiers: platform, OS version, app version, device model, and a pseudonymous app-instance identifier. Used for crash diagnostics and basic product analytics.
• Crash reports: anonymized stack traces when the Game crashes, used only to fix bugs.

1.3 Information collected by third parties

We do not control your wallet, your private keys, or the on-chain data once it is written to the blockchain. Wallet addresses and on-chain transactions are PUBLIC. Treat any wallet address you use as publicly identifiable information.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate the Game and render your in-game inventory tied to your wallet.
• To process and display marketplace activity (where applicable).
• To prevent cheating, sybil attacks, and abuse.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations (we may be required to retain certain records under AML/KYC rules where fiat on-ramp is used).

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing necessary to deliver the Game.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): fraud prevention, basic analytics.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): where AML/KYC record-keeping applies (fiat on-ramp).

Note: on-chain data is generally NOT personal data under GDPR when wallet addresses cannot be linked to a natural person. If you connect a wallet that can be linked to your identity (e.g. through a KYC'd exchange), that linkage is made by you, not by us.

4. Data Retention

• Game progress: until you disconnect your wallet or uninstall the Game.
• On-chain data: immutable and retained by the blockchain forever — we cannot delete it.
• Off-chain analytics: 14 months.
• Crash reports: 90 days.

5. Children's Privacy

Hypermon is rated Everyone / 4+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR). Web3 wallets typically require users to be 18+ in most jurisdictions — you are responsible for complying with your local age requirements before connecting a wallet.

6. Your Rights

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion (off-chain data only).
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Data portability.

7. International Transfers & On-Chain Data

Your on-chain data is stored on Polygon, BNB Smart Chain nodes globally and is public. Off-chain data may be processed in Vietnam, the United States, or the European Union. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for lawful transfers out of the EEA/UK.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures (TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest). Your wallet's private keys are managed by WalletConnect — we never have access to them. You are responsible for keeping your wallet secure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

The Game does NOT request: camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, SMS, calendar, call logs, or biometric data.
